Data processing

We process the following three main groups of data:

1. To better understand your product and service interests, we gather information about your browsing activity on websites and apps operated by advertising partners. This data helps us determine which ads are most relevant to your current shopping preferences and display them accordingly. As a data processor, we handle this information on behalf of the advertisers who engage us to manage their advertising campaigns. The purpose of this data processing is to create a user profile that reflects your online behavior and preferences.

2.When you enter a publisher’s website or app where we may display an ad to you, we receive information about your visit, called a bid request. This request is an offer to buy an advertising space on the publisher’s website or app in order to display an ad. We use this information as a data controller to deliver ads, measure ad performance, ensure brand safety, develop our products, and detect fraud. This information allows us to ensure that the ads you see are relevant to you and that the publishers we work with are reputable

3. We track how our ads perform, which includes recording whether you’ve seen an ad. We also record how you interact with the ads, such as whether you click on them. We use this information as a data controller to optimize the delivery of our ads, ensuring that you see the most relevant and engaging ads. This includes adjusting the frequency of ads you see and rotating ads to maintain interest. We also use this data to improve our products and services.

We do not gather personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, physical addresses, telephone numbers, or financial details like credit card information. We do not use or store full IP address. We do not collect hardware-based identifiers such as UDID, Mac Address and do not use fingerprinting methods. We do not collect sensitive information (such as religion, political opinion, health…). Additionally, we don’t receive any supplementary data from advertisers or partners that, when combined with the information collected through our technology, could lead to your direct identification.

Data usage

While you’re browsing an advertiser’s website or app (e.g., an online store), we collect data about your activity, such as the items you viewed, added to your cart, and purchased. This browsing behavior helps us understand your current product and service interests, allowing us to display ads on publishers’ digital properties (e.g., news websites) that align with your preferences.

We utilize real-time bidding (RTB), a programmatic auction system, to deliver our personalized ads. In real-time bidding, when you enter a publisher’s website or app that has an ad space available, a bid request is sent to AntVoice by the publisher or their partner (e.g., a supply-side platform or SSP). AntVoice analyzes your browsing history based on the bid request and decides whether to purchase the ad space and, if so, which ad to display.

After displaying an ad to you, we collect information about the ad impression (e.g., the ad that was displayed, when and on which device it was shown) and your interactions with the ad (chiefly whether you clicked on it). This data helps us analyze ad performance, create reports for advertisers, manage ad frequency, and develop our products.

Our platform integrates with the RTB environment by matching our technical identifiers (e.g., cookie IDs or mobile advertising IDs) with those used by our partners. This integration allows us to receive bid requests, serve ads on publishers’ websites using our partners’ technology, and collect data related to ad serving.

We also use your data to identify and prevent fraud, measure our technology’s usage, assess brand safety (ensuring our ads are displayed on reputable sites), and refine our products.
